The new guy was scattered during the initial document signing. He wrote down the wrong unit number versus the unit number that was assigned to us. R15 is comparatively different than F15, which is what he wrote on the contract. Property was neat and clean however, the toilet facilities could use some extra attention. Especially, the toilet. With high marks and praise for Greg (a solid 9/10) it balances out the low score of the new guy (2/10) room for improvement and yes, I understand that he is still learning but his customer service skills are lacking which is reflected in the score I gave him. Our family has used this exact location of Extra Space storage for years. We stored our RV there and currently rent a large space for my business needs. ThankQ

His very informative and awesome cool guy!! Very professional. He really gives you time and effort to show you different option sizes, location, availability, pricing for each they have. Tells you elevator access and trolleys for you to use when its time for you to loading/unloading. He explains to you very well all you need to know about your contract information, payments, contract lease options, promos, and insurance, not just buy signing you up and their done. His truly great asset to the company and I wish you the best for you to grow in this company and/or your future endeavors.
