  I had a very disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby location. My mom was simply asking about the price of an item, and before she could even finish her question, an employee named Julie B repeatedly interrupted her in a very dismissive tone, saying the item was not on discount. The attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the employee appeared visibly irritated and was handling items roughly, even throwing them around, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. There’s no reason a customer should be treated this way for asking a simple question. Customer service should be respectful and patient, and unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this make people not want to return. We will definitely not be returning to this location although we’ve been customers for years.

  I loved everything they had here I will probably come back here to buy fabric to make blankets for me and my gf and the cashier was super friendly
