  My fiancée and I had a very good experience at the ortho mattress in cypress I highly recommend and will come back for future purchases when needing another bed! Lisa was very polite and knowledgeable she definitely went above and beyond and answered any questions we had. She made it very easy for us to choose a bed! My fiancée and I have back issues and was looking for a specific type of comfort. Not only did she show us multiple to choose from to give us options. She explained in detail and gave us a demonstration which I feel is going above and beyond :) No need to go else where! We found an absolutely perfect mattress to take home. Highly recommend and to ask for Lisa if you want the best customer service.
