  A friend of mine recommended Hobby Lobby for framing an old art piece. I was impressed immediately by Russell. His thorough knowledge of his art, and professional friendly manner in which he explained and helped me understand everything, warmed my heart. And my art piece? It looks like it's worth thousands now. Thank you Russell! You are a true asset..period.

  Samantha and Jasen helped me tremendously here at Hobby Lobby Cypress! Samantha prepared a beautiful new frame for a painting I plan to surprise my wife with, in time for Valentine's Day! Samantha prepped the frame and created it with care and Jasen assisted me to carry it back to my vehicle for transportation. These employees deliver service with genuine hearts and humility!   Today I arrived and realized I left my person at home and hobby lobby does not accept virtual wallets. I asked if they can please hold my stuff so I can go home and return and they said they would give me 30 minutes but I told them that it would take me 30 minutes to get there there and my daughter had speech later in the day so they held it. They put a note on my card that said Michelle pick up at 1:00. I knew I wasn't going to be back by 1:00 because I had to take my daughter to speech. And I got there lo and behold. My car was still there! Thank you so much. Hobby lobby for doing that for me. I had spent literally 2 hours shopping. It would have been horrible to have to start all over LOL. Then I got a cashier named John. He was so kind and nice. I noticed other customers leaving walked by and said hello to him by a first name basis so that tells me that he is very good and that a lot of customers love him and they returned because of him probably. Thank you John for your excellent service yesterday! My daughter was even having a little meltdown asking for things that and I told her to put them back. I gave to him one of her preferred boys to hold until he finished and he did 🙂 I did purchase a lot of items. He scanned everyone carefully and his customer was top notch! Thank you John. I hope that you get primoir to men pagement one day. It is people like you that have people skills that should be working with the public!
