- CCChuck ClementeDec 21, 20251.0I made one key with the supposed upgrade to smooth it out and it didn’t work. I then had to come back to the same kiosk to make a new key the standard way and it did work at all either. I had to finally go to home depot and they were able to successfully make me a working key.

- MCMyron CaracutJul 8, 20252.0I stopped by at the self-serve kiosk yesterday at the Fresh Fare Ralph’s on Overland to get some standard office keys duplicated. Unfortunately the keys weren’t exactly identical to the base key used, and all 3 copies had difficulty (multiple wriggle attempts each time to get the key flushed into the lock thus allowing the key to turn) today opening the various doors of my office that they’re meant for. Otherwise this service would’ve been super affordable and time-efficient, but unfortunately not accurate enough.
