    Wanted to get some blinds for one of the bedrooms. Had an idea of what we wanted but also wanted to talk with someone about options. Of the associates working near self checkout called someone to help as there was no one else around. A young guy showed up and just said "Hi" so I said the same. After a brief pause, I asked if he was going to help with blinds and he said "yeah what do you need". I told him the dimensions we have but the blinds I was considering were too long and ssked if he could recommend any options. He said he was only there to cut the blinds and he didn't know anything else about them. A little frustrated, I said never mind, and as we were leaving, he said that home decor shows up at 10:00 a.m. I said okay good to know and that was that. It wouldn't have been so bad, but he took his sweet time coming over, our turtle moves faster, he looked like he just rolled out of bed and his attitude seemed like we were interrupting his morning. First time I've been to a Lowe's with poor customer service. If you're looking for blinds or shades would recommend going after 10:00 a.m. to speak with someone from "home decor" that hopefully knows more about the products and can help with any questions.

    on 20260418 STACY had ask us at the front checkout if we needed assistance and we had asked if we could use out military discount and if it’s applicable to our store purchase and she rudely replied saying “i don’t know” she had no idea what she was doing or couldn’t answer any of our questions she’s rude and needs to has less of an attitude when speaking to customers and should have at least a little more care

    4/15/2026 - It is amazing that I do not need to contact any Lowe's saleperson but use an online order to complete the purchase both washer & dryer quickly on 4/13/2026 at 11:43 PM. Within minutes, I received both SMS text messages and email to confirm my order. Next morning, 4/14/2026, at 7:30 AM, I received a text message to confirm the delivery date. At evening, received a text message again to inform me the delivery would be next day, 4/15/2026. This morning, 4/15/2026, received a text message to inform me the delivery window from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a link to check the delivery status. At 4:00 p.m., two units arrived. The two installers completed the setup with 50 minutes after performing the tests. I enjoyed to view the delivery status via the link provided via text message or from my Lowe's account, as shown in the uploaded photo. It is worth noting that the online order is more efficient to save you time - it will automatically add any parts like cables you needed for the installation, etc.

    I had a great experience at Lowes. I bought me cleaning supplies for the house and unexpectedly ended up buying a robot " samsung robot" sweeper/vacuum i love it, it's better than the mate.Cleans on time keeps the house clean without any complaints.Thanks Lowe's
