- DGDarshana GargFeb 22, 20261.0Worse, never visit to lies, staff untrained, no one knows the policy, misguide customers. I was told get lows credit card and I will get 20% of on my 1st purchase in Redlands lows. Then I went to highland lows, no one knew anything even the manager very rude, then went to Covina lows where my workers got the vynal fence stuff, the staff Kyle was very nice but had to call the manager, she even did not know how to give the 20% discount as I was told at Redlands lows. No one knows any policy and finally I was told I only get 5% discount on first $100 purchase. They tell u something to lure ur business and then at the cash register something else. Bad bad, I will never go to Low's store and trust it. We left $2000 worth stuff right there. My whole day and my 3 workers time was all waste. Do not trust Low's.

Our landlord bought our fridge here. It was the perfect fridge and $900 off for Father's Day weekend and they delivered and set up perfectly. This store has great parking and friendly employees. Sometimes the employees don't know much about their sections, but at least they try to help! I usually just figure out things on my own anyway.
- MMMJan 20, 20261.0Visited this Lowe's last night to purchase a washing machine. Rang the bell a couple times for assistance to make the purchase. The whole store could hear the call for "assistance in the appliance dept." Walked to the front of the store for assistance and a staff member says "may need to send the manager." Okay, I'll be happy to speak to anyone at this point. I go back near the washers and wait. No one comes to assist. I feel like I was more then patient after waiting more than about 20 minutes. I decided to leave. Passed 2 staff members talking to each other (nothing work related) and who knows maybe they were on a break? Another 1 just wandering around the customer service return area. At least the 1 at the self check out had the sense to apologize. She knew we had been waiting and was the 1 who mentioned the manager. Could've been a quick and easy sale. Washer was purchased elsewhere.
