  Friendly enough employees, limited inventory don't bother ordering anything either in store or online, it will never come in.

  They boast a 4 month return policy and after less than a week I brought some unused containers in and I asked the first team member for help and she was too excited to push me off (although she ended up on the register anyway and wouldn’t even look at me as I smiled at her). The the manager comes up and is announcing that she doesn’t trust the cashier because “she is new” so she grabbed my containers to go get the item numbers because I had removed the stickers from them as I intended to use them. The cashier was the only kind person to me ironically. But what really annoys me is when the manager pulled me aside and held me up to verify the numbers after the transaction was complete and I was trying to help and I moved one of the containers and she grabbed it out of my hand abruptly like I am her child or one of her employees and she firmly placed it on the counter while raising her voice to me. I get people have bad days but this is her norm, you can tell. Needless to say I won’t go back because I didn’t shop there to get treated this way. Imagine spending your money somewhere and when returning something because it wasn’t going to work for a project you’re working on, and you go in with a spotlight on you from the manager of the store that is essentially shaming you for returning something. I’m sure most people don’t get this treatment, but I did and Amazon is easier to click a button and have it show up without an attitude.
