The person at the counter checked it out right then and there and said the bobbin thing was in backwards. I felt dumb of course, but I appreciated his honesty and showing me that the machine worked fine and was in good condition. I will come back here for sure to fix my vacuum cleaners.
- PNpatricia neesonNov 26, 20235.0I arrived at PAL'S with 3 lamps that I thought needed repair. One of the lamps had been knocked over and I thought it had broke. They simply inspected it, tighted the base, tested it, and said it was fine. The other two lamps, banker type lamps, had both been overheated due to the wrong bulb being used. I thought they were 'fried'. Again, they inspected them, tested them and said they were fine. They took the time to tell me exactly what type, and strength of bulb to purchase for my lamps, which was very helpful. They wouldn't take any money for the service they provided either. They even helped me take my lamps back to my car. I am so grateful for their help and expertise. I highly recommended PAL'S.
