- ATAshLey TahvildaranJul 27, 20252.0Update : I called corporate like I was told and never heard back like promised . Thank you, Ashley I went into the store and asked to have the couch look just like their display window Color wise and when reviewing the receipt I kept asking why was there two names on it , they said it’s the white just like the window , we just call it this I said ok , no problem . Well here comes my delivery , thrown on my drive way , not in the delivery window time Then to bring the boxes inside , we had no instructions , no block set like we were informed , then as we are trying to organize I see two different colors for the couch covers . I immediately called and they said that’s my order and I said no I was informed this is how it was , the girl helping me was helpful but I could tell she felt really bad , I then ended up getting the manager from Torrance to assist me and he was able to bring me the correct color covers, which I’m so thankful for . So as we are putting this on We have different pieces, which I had to keep sending photos and text back and forth to how to set up … I was suggested to return the incorrect piece , via their box and label which I did 3 weeks ago and yet I still have not been refunded .
