    I placed an order for a dresser over the phone and was emailed additional paperwork to sign off on the purchase. When I emailed the completed paperwork back, I asked for confirmation the order had been placed and requested the expected delivery date, but I didn’t hear back from anyone. When I called the store 3 days later, nobody answered, so I left a voicemail and asked someone to call me back the same day. They didn’t, but I was able to talk to the person I placed the order with the following day after my fourth attempt to find out what was happening with my order; however, I still don’t know when my dresser will be delivered because the sales person told me the warehouse it was ordered from hasn’t gotten back to her. Before I even placed the order, I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the dresser, but hopefully I’ll hear from La-Z-Boy next week with a firmer delivery date If they follow through on their customer service.

    I spent $3,000 on a recliner and the salesperson ordered me the wrong version (rocking instead of non-rocking). I didn't know until they delivered it. I immediately went to the showroom to let him know, so the error could be fixed, and was told that there was nothing he could do. I'm out the money. Be wary of purchasing anything here!

    In the past, I have bought three Lazy Boy recliners and know that LB makes good quality products. I took advantage of the discounted floor models and have been very happy with my purchases. Alondra was very helpful and informative without any pressure at all.

    My new chair is not what I wanted. It seems they think it's a technical problem but it's an order problem. The salesman assured me the chair would be soft to sit in. In fact I asked him at least twice about it. But it's so hard I can't even sit in it. Customer service is not taking this seriously. I would not buy from them again, even though I've purchased many things from them over the past several decades. This is it for me. No more.

    The color of the special order Pinnacle chair “C175432” I ordered wasn’t exactly what I saw in store, I was told it was what is called a Teddy Bear color, it looks like a very light creamy tan color but wasn’t a true match.it has some darker tones of brown through the whole fabric. I did go to the store and let them know, I was told by the sales person Kim who helped me from day one on my search for the right chair for myself and the sale along with the manger that the color I ordered was not correct, they allowed me to take the swatch home to compare, it looked the same in pictures I took to go back and show them, but it does not match the color chair on the showroom floor, I specifically asked for and was reassured by Kim I would receive on the chair. Only after I complained about the color difference was I told about their yellow lighting that makes the colors on the fabric and even leather look different, that customers have complained about their tan leather sofa in store looks more grey when at home. Customers don’t realize till it’s home in their home with regular lighting, light from windows, not the yellow lighting Lazy Boy uses in their showroom. So Beware of that Huge Factor!! The part of the chair where your shoulders rest against on the right side just below the head rest part, makes a popping plastic sound, when I’m rocking back and forth which is very annoying, as It happens everytime! The handle/spring on the chair when bringing back down from the reclining position makes a hard clanking/knock sound “every time”, not sure if that is normal, but it’s frustrating! It sure didn’t happen on any of the chairs in their show room that I tried. I just wish all these issues I have mentioned would have happened when I received the chair as I made sure try the chair out a few times to make sure things were good, and worked right, before I signed to accept the chair! Well you don’t know till the chair is actually used and then things happen. I guess I didn’t kick the tires hard enough so to speak on the chair I purchased! I did pay for the 5yr Protection Plan that is offered but I didn’t think I would have to worry about having to use it any time soon! Things didn’t happen till just a few days in. Very Disappointing to spend so much $$ on a Lazy Boy Rocking Recliner chair to say the least being I had to wait 6 weeks for my chair to only have issues in the days to come! The one thing I can say positive if nothing else about the Pinnacle Rocking Recliner is at least comfortable if nothing else!
