I had my car parked outside near the facility, and while the staff was doing some cleaning or maintenance work, a lot of dust and debris ended up all over my car. It wasn’t a small amount — the entire car got noticeably dirty. I completely understand that maintenance is necessary and that the property needs to stay clean, but it would have made a big difference if customers were notified in advance so we could move our vehicles. A simple heads-up, sign, or message would’ve prevented the situation entirely. Communication during these types of activities is really important, especially for people who park nearby. Aside from that experience, the facility itself is clean, easy to access, and feels secure. The staff has always been polite and helpful during my visits. I still think it’s a good place overall, but I do hope they improve the communication with customers when maintenance or cleaning is happening so situations like this don’t happen again.
