I have to confess that I had called Costco too inquiring about their blinds and didn't get a call until two weeks later to schedule an appointment. Ed came to the house, we discussed what I needed and decided on the top down bottom up blinds. They were ordered and a little over a week later they were installed!!! One blind was not correct and Ed immediately took care of that...ordered a new one! I can't say enough about the service and the follow-up...great customer service. I will need blinds for my downstairs soon and I will definitely call Ed to order

She listened, looked at our style and recommended a GREAT shade and valance. We had a little hiccup with install but Ed and Lisa made sure we were happy and went above and beyond my expectations.
