Barbra was so helpful trying to help us figure out our ac issue and when we could figure out the issue our self sent a technician out Dave he was super friendly also and solved our problem in less than 10 minutes. The fees were reasonable especially the level of care and service. Thank you guys soooooo much for being so amazing

- JGJimbo GJul 15, 20235.0I was having cooling problems with the refrigerator side of my GE GSL25 17 yr old refrigerator and thought I needed to purchase a new temp sensor which they had in stock. Barbara took the time to talk to me about the issues and she pointed out the importance of cleaning the lint/dirt from the coils next to the compressor. I admitted I never had and took her advice to first try cleaning them. I removed the front cross bar and vacuumed from the bottom front and then removed the fiber cover on the lower rear. After thoroughly vacuuming the coils, the freezer and refrigerator both function just like new! THANK YOU BARBARA! you saved me $$ now and earned all of my future business for appliance parts!
