Went in at 19:16:57 and bought 60 bags of soil, I told the cashier I was taking the 60 in the front. Once I'm almost done loading some male worker comes out chest puffed with an aggressive pissed off attitude and kicks me and some other guy who were loading our carts. He needs to get out of retail if he is going to act like that.

Before coming to this Lowe’s I was at a competitor’s store where they had poor customer service and didn’t actually help me with what I needed. I used to consider this one of my favorite stores, but over the past three or four months, my experiences have been consistently disappointing—both with the cashiers and the customer service staff.
Today, I went in to purchase sheets of plywood. I keep records of my recent purchases, so I’m familiar with the pricing. However, despite repeatedly scanning the SKU number, neither the cashier nor the manager on duty was able to get the system to recognize the item. They even consulted another employee, yet continued trying to charge me for a different product altogether.
I explained that I would not be purchasing the item at an incorrect price. Unfortunately, the manager made no effort to honor the price listed on the store’s official website, and the cashier simply cited “store policy” without offering any real solution.
After more than 15 years as a customer, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at Lowe’s. At this point, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
