  My dad contracted this company to get rid of the cockroaches in our home. It has now been a year since we have contracted them & yet the infestation seems to be worse than when we first contracted them. They send different people every time to come spray around your house and that’s all they do. They set up traps and tell you they will check the type of infestation to better assess and address the situation. Then they never check the traps the next visit. They don’t look for the source of the issue or patch up any holes where they could be coming in from. They don’t explain anything unless you’re doing your own research and asking leading questions. It has been a year and I was able to determine that the cockroaches are German cockroaches. This means they’re harder to get rid of & need a different approach compared to a regular cockroach. Again, would not have known any of this if I had not done all my own research and asked leading questions. How did I figure this out with one google search but it took this company a year to determine this conclusion? I informed my dad about this & when he called customer service they just added an extra $30 to his fee & you guessed it they came to spray again. They did not take a different approach, they didn’t access the traps. Would not recommend this company as our issue has persisted for a year and continues to persist. We have spent $160 for an initial visit and $60 each visit after that for a year now. Save yourself the stress & money.

  They keep billing me with out providing Service I don’t recommend this company. They have been doing this for the past few months. Not really happy with them.

  We have been a customer for over a year but have lived in the Temecula Valley for over 20. We have used several different pest control companies during that time. We have never experienced a better company than Aptive!! Every tech that comes out asks what problems we are having or what we need done and does a thorough job. They explain in detail everything they did to my property and send me pictures as well! Today it was Justin and another young man (I am sorry I didn't get his name). They were amazing!! I highly recommend Aptive!!!

  Jeremy was very polite about my not responding to the text sent earlier & the one just 30 min. Before the appointment. I owe him an apology for not responding to either one. I retraced his steps & He was very efficient & thorough with the spraying.I appreciated Jeremy asking for any special concerns I might have. A general comment about the Aptive service is that we have had it since May 2025 & there is always a different provider- if it is a routine service I would expect the same driver unless there is an illness or vacation.
