I had a great experience with Alex from Aptive Pest Control. He was incredibly flexible and adjusted his schedule to accommodate ours, which we really appreciated.
Alex was very thorough in treating our entire property. Since his visit, we’ve noticed a huge improvement—no more flea bites on our ankles while enjoying the backyard, and no insects flying into our home through the doors. He also treated our indoor garage area near the washer and dryer, and we love that we’re no longer being bothered by fleas in that space.
On top of that, he successfully cleared up grass gnats in the backyard and placed UV fly traps in key areas where flies tend to gather, which has made a noticeable difference.
Overall, we’re so happy with the results. We finally feel comfortable inviting friends over and enjoying our backyard this spring. Highly recommend Alex for his professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service!

The technicians that came out to my house were very professional, answered all my questions and concerns. Since I have fruit trees which have brought in fruit rats I was concerned about spraying around my fruit trees and vegetables they placed a container for the rats instead of spraying around my garden and that made me happy. I’m very pleased with their customer service with these 2 gentlemen.

It was ok. First off active had not scheduled anything for me since January. I had to schedule this appointment myself. There was some Cobb webs by my front door that had not been removed since 2 visits back. And today even though they supposedly brushed areas I showed the tech that spot that has not been touched in a while and he finally cleared it up. But I had to tell them. Very disappointed in Aptive

The workers that came to my house were courteous, asked what my concerns were regarding the service that they were there to provide, and appeared to have provided good service.
Aptive does not come out once a month. They schedule service more often in the warm weather months and less often in the cooler weather months. However, they will come out between scheduled appointments if you request them to do so.
Aptive's bot service , when you first call in , is next to useless. Talking to a live human in customer service is much more effective at getting your issues resolved and serviced.
I also DO NOT LIKE the fact that they make you commit to a multi year service contract with significant financial penalties for early termination before you receive your first service. How can one know if they are any good at what they do??

Upon completion of the techs spraying and removal of webs, I still needed to point out areas that webs were not removed. Sales rep mentioned that I would be receiving mosquito traps at certain iareas in my yard, but techs said they didn't have any in their van. Also upon their departure I walked to my side gate and there were still multiple areas where spider webs were not removed. The techs were not very thorough.
