And the staff is really on top of the customer service. They noticed I was charged for next month even though I had vacated on Sunday. And called me to let me know it would be reversed before I called them. Great experience Extra Space...5 stars Thank you!

- COCreatives OnlyApr 14, 20261.0This company has no empathy for tenants going through hardship. I’m currently out of state helping a very ill family member. Called to have Pre-Foreclosure fee waived which popped on the account today and I agreed to also pay remaining balance. They pretty much said no both the location manger and the customer service agent. This company is money hungry and would rather you rack up late fees for their own greedy gain. Everyone is having a hard time in 2026 and when those who are trying their best to give what they can we’re shut down and reminded by this company they more fees are going to rack on. Like I mentioned before I have the money to pay my past due not the foreclosure fee. Had they waived that fee I would be back on track. Once I get my balance paid I’ll be moving to a diff company.
