    All the room for parking and I'm out of hrs to make a delivery here in time for them and they won't let me park for my reset. They don't care about truck drivers

    DO NOT USE FOR CONTRACTOR/TIME-SENSITIVE DELIVERIES - 1 Star We placed two orders on 11/21/24 for construction supplies. Both were complete failures that cost us thousands in contractor delays. Order 1 from San Bruno (12/1 delivery): Never arrived. No notification. After hours on hold, learned they never picked the order. Rescheduled for 12/3 AFTER contractors arrived, costing us $$ in idle labor. Delayed again, we cancelled and went to Home Depot. Manager Mark never returned our call. Order 2 from Concord (12/4 delivery): Called 4 times on 12/3 (30min+ waits) to confirm it was ready - told "call back" every time. Not staged until 9PM. Despite confirmed 11AM-3PM window, delivery truck skipped us and "went home" at 9PM. Lost another day of contractor work. Went to Golden State Lumber. 10+ hours wasted on hold. Staff passed responsibility instead of solving problems. Two failed deliveries in one week. If you have contractors waiting or deadlines, go to Home Depot or a local lumber yard. Lowe's cannot be trusted for reliable delivery.

    Very bad and frustrating Customer service. I needed to follow-up on an order that was overdue. I was connected to an AI agent, Initially. This was useless as Lowe's AI service is limited to yes or no answers and if this does not work AI puts you on a circular path of nonsensical questions and answers. When I asked to be connected to a human representative, I was put on hold on an endless ringtone line that did not even allow leaving a voicemail. After about 5 minutes (I was still patient) the connection dropped. Unless management improves customer service I won’t buy from Lowe’s anything again.
