  Alejandro was extremely attentive to our needs. He was knowledgeable and answered several questions that we had about treatment for spiders. He even made sure to tell us to keep our dog inside for at least a half hour after treatment to outside. He had a great personality! He was friendly and professional.

  I really loved my Aptive service. My technician Brandon really hit it out of the park this afternoon. They are attentive, proactive and aim to give 1000% satisfaction each time. My house is tall and they bring all the tools that are necessary to clean the cobwebs and fixtures in the front and back of my house. They even offered to treat indoor areas. I’m completely satisfied with my service that I purchased almost a year ago.

  I have had their service for almost a year. They never show up when they are scheduled to so they can't get access to the inside or back of my house. I took a day off work to wait for them one time. The guy showed up at 7pm. He still didn't service the backyard. It was too dark!! I signed a contract for services I am not receiving. If I could get out of the contract without paying them a fee. I would!!! I would never do business with them again. I also advise anyone thinking about using them to not sign anything. Let them do the service on a pay as you go agreement so you can fire them if they don't perform. I can't tell you how many times I have complained in less than a year and I haven't even called a few times when I should have. BE WARY!!!

  Very disappointed in a man named David. I had scheduled for them to come in the afternoon (1-5) for a reason. He texts me at 7:30 in the morning asking if he can come early. I don’t respond. So he comes anyway? Luckily my dog was put away or I would’ve been way more upset. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the half ass job cleaning cobwebs most of them do.

  Dear Friends At Aptive: Unfortunately, I was not at home when the Aptive service was done this past week. On March 16 I flew to Budapest, and since my return date is May 18 I won’t be home for any service in April and maybe not even in May unless the service date is after May 18. I’m sure that the service that was done this past week was good because in the past it has always been good. Sincerely- Kenny Mueller I have attempted to post or send my comments, but it’s not happening. Maybe I need to answer these questions below even though I don’t know the answers. I’ll just make selections since that might be necessary for me to send/post what I wrote. Well, that didn’t help, so if I have the phone number for Aptive I will make a quick call.
