He makes sure that he puts himself in the shoes of his customers and provides the experience he would like if he was the client. He explained everything before we even needed to ask and explained things we would have never thought to ask lol but I’m glad we were informed. The storage unit is for my 19 year old daughter and the other storage places we took a look at left us feeling like there were no safe and affordable options. Thankfully we saw this place from the freeway near our home and took a look. I can confirm the stellar reviews are well earned. My daughter is very happy with her unit and the fact that she saved money and got much better features. This place is extremely affordable and I trust my daughter will be comfortable using her unit. Tracy you are a superstar and whatever you are getting paid, you deserve much more in sure. I 100% recommend this spot.
