Upon entering in the unit I had a lock provided just as advertised. Im my situation I ended up purchasing a unit on the second floor. Upon arrival I noticed the heat was borderline unbearable and summer has not even begun yet. I contacted the facility and was assisted by Carol. A wonderful technician by the way, she helped me get a new unit on the floor level with a rate very close to what I originally had agreed to. Once I arrived with the stuff I was going to put in storage I actually met Carol in person and she reminded me that the door to the gate and the unit can be opened with the app. No more punching codes! Due to the ease of access and customer service , did I mention they have cameras at almost every door entrance? I rate this storage 5 stars. Renter be aware this is a storage space not a living storage. My unit did not have a light or electrical outlets. I needed storage space and thats what I got. There are bigger units and im sure they have all the bells and whistles. With a higher cost im sure.
