My storage was flipped upside down and multiple items went missing!! The staff didn't prioritize in making a report!! I used to store with extra space storage at the Claremont location off of Arrow and moved to public storage because extra space storage likes to increase prices. Extra space storage then buys out public storage! With all the monopolizing they cannot guarantee a secure storage!! It's funny how extra space storage became the new owner in November and they are responding to all the reviews left for public storage.
