Unfortunately, the checkout experience ruined the visit. The cashier, Cole, did not acknowledge me at all — no greeting, no eye contact, no smile, and not even a hello or thank you. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming after spending time shopping. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

I find a wall sconces that I loved not in a box laying in the clearance lighting section and I asked how much it is because of course it doesn’t have a price tag and one of the employees begrudgingly looked it up and said it’s full price at like $90 and asked me to put it back. I said in the wrong place and she said yes I walked out cause I was so frustrated.
