    Could NOT reach a store associate - a LIVE person. I called 6 times about a induction range I received that's not working. 1st call - tried to call appliances to find out about when I can return a major appliance - AI is not set up to talk to anyone about that. 2nd call - I chose product service. The options did not include Whirlpool which is the range I purchased last Tuesday and when I got through to one of the options, they simply said they were a manufacturer (INEPT programming????!!!!!) 3rd call - 20 minutes of ringing - stop- put back on ringing - NEVER EVER ANSWERED. 4th call - same as 3rd call. It's evident that you cannot talk to a person. This situation is SOOOOOOO frustrating that I predict someone (not me) is going to walk into the store with a gun. It's not okay to not answer the phone. I finally called the National Lowes phone number and they determined that the appliance is defective and it needs to be replaced. 2 hours of trying to resolve an issue and props to Lowes main customer service for getting an exchange for me tomorrow, but IRONY of IRONIES - the survey after that call shut off prematurely. Also, pissed about the fact that I purchased a 3 year warranty from Lowes on the induction range and I got absolutely NO INFORMATION on whom to call because that would have been my first call. I hate AI and I worked in tech for 20 years. FRUSTRATING is an understatement.

    Be careful with this company. I bought stove, washer, dryer… during the Thanksgiving holidays. The whole process has been a nightmare. First they rescheduled my delivery and then they tell me, I bounce the payment after they were the ones the send the money back. Finally delivery date gets here, and the delivery people tell me they don’t know how to installed it. So, today I get another set of individual to come install it. They tell me the machines are the defected. I call Lowe’s … and they tried to brush me off and tell me they can just refund my money. On the mean time they already took my old washer/dryer that work. I tell them no… they need to keep their end of the bargain and deliver my stuff. Now I get to wait another week to find out if I will have a washer / dryer. This experience has wasted my time and stress me out. I so done. Just need this people to give me what I pay for. I called the number. You guys have picked up your defected machines and no one there can tell me when I will get my refund and the amount. I don’t understand why now I gotta wait for the people you hired to come pick them up. I mean you saying if they loose then?.. I am responsible? I don’t understand why my refund is not been process.
