This Lowe's in Citrus Heights has a good selection of home improvement supplies for any project. I stopped in for a deadbolt lock and rekey. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable - they directed me quickly to where things are and answered my questions. The store is well-organized and stocked with everything from tools to building materials to appliances. Whether you're tackling a major renovation or just need a few supplies for a quick fix, this location has you covered. A reliable go-to for home improvement needs!

Patrick was a literal angel, he saw me struggling with my 3 year old in self checkout he stopped what he was doing and came to help me ring up all my items (there was a good amount ) never once did he seem bothered or like my son was a inconvenience. He was so helpful and took it upon himself to just step in and help me. Thank you SO MUCH Patrick, that help meant more than you’ll will ever know !

I want to like Lowe's because they have so many products and a nice clean shop, but it takes an act of congress to get anyone to help you in any section of the store. The PA is constantly going off for the paint counter, lumber area, etc. for customers waiting, and the only time I was approached during my 40-minute stay in the tile section was by someone trying to sell me gutters. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or if customer service just isn't a focus, but I left empty-handed for the third time in as many months - not because they didn't have what I needed, but because I didn't know where certain things were and I had questions about specific tile adhesives, but there was nobody around. It's days like this that drive people like me to just shop online (and not from the Lowe's website).

Don't go to this store. Service is really gone downhill. They are locking more things up now but you can never find anybody for assistance. Last visit I had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get somebody to come get me some circuit breakers. The least they could do is have a call assistance button which they don't have. When you call the store phone number all you get now is some stupid AI crap and you can't even speak to a real person. Totally pathetic!
