I get called 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to be here to tell me the technician doesn't have the right equipment. So they can't help me. I waited over 3 days for them to tell me that. Yeah I have to get my kids to school everyday and go back and forth to work . This is unbelievable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
