After finally locating two different employees at separate times, both only told me where the item “should be” instead of guiding me despite me explaining that I had already looked. I finally found 3 misplaced snow balls but will need more for my preschool. This kind of poor customer service is exactly why Amazon is taking over. I will have to drive further to the hobby lobby in Roseville or Michael's hoping to find a better customer service.
