  El día de hoy martes 5 de mayo fui a la tienda a la hobby lo veo a las cinco de la tarde ya que supuestamente tendría yo bastante tiempo para mirar mis compras dentro de la tienda ya que en Google dice que cierran a las ocho de la noche y al llegar a la tienda me dijeron que cerraban a las seis 😔 Vine desde lejos para nada porque ni siquiera me dieron tiempo de buscar lo que estaba Buscando.

  It is Major store & the one in National City was Hugh, they are enlarging the store right now. Surprising well organized. Not enough staff to help you find things. You could walk around & around in circles. The store had there spring 40%~50% off so lots of shoppers. There was plenty of parking, even though there share parking lots w/3 other major stores. I’ll shop there again. Rita

  The store announce that they were closing ans I was checking one of the zipper was the correct by the measurements, when one of the staff from fabric or sewing department told me too loud " Lady, excuse me. You have to go to the front now, the store is closed and you need to go"! So I told him I am not deaf I heard the announcement, I am just checking the length of my purse's zipper and I want to make sure if is the right one. And I will purchase it. Thanks for reminding me that the store is closed" And he was staring at me with big eyes, I felt so disgusted, disappointed and disrespectful the way he acted towards me. the manager and the company should teach the staff how to deal with customers services and be more polite towards clients.

  Love this place but they tend to profile you in how you look. They followed me the whole time and insulted me by insinuating that I was going to steal. Instead they made my shopping experience very much so uncomfortable and insulting. I do have tattoos and I guess I could be profiles as susoicious but guess what I was with my 3year old daughter and wife. They got to do their shopping while I was uncomfortably followed to the door by 3 employees with items in my hand. At no time was I ever going to take anything but they seemed to think I was this isn't fair and I should file a claim but. Won't. I'm sure they felt like they had accomplished something great but all they did was usher an artist out and most likely allowed the real thiefs to have their full while they followed the wrong person. They were in the wrong for this and I'm certain I will never get an apology or compensation for being disrespected in front of my family on a quiet day where all I wanted to do was buy some markers for my daughter and I to scribble with and have fun. But it's ok we went to Michael's and to Blick where they aren't as judgemental and profile people by how they look. I got what I needed there and at a better price may I add. Sad that people are still like this in 2026. I can write further but I dare not disrespect them but I could. Sorry that these people had to be like this in sure there are many others who have experienced this. Hearing security check cameras in the section you're in blared over the stores intercom. Embarrassing. Oh well.
