I called customer service and they handled the situation quickly. They offered a voucher to get the keys re-done or a full refund. The lady was polite and quick.

Of course, you have to stand around while it gets done (it's not *instant*) and there's that boring bit where you use your magic plastic, and then stand around some more while a machine does the actual work. Boring!! But here's the fun part: the keys work and you don't have to bring them back and stand in line and complain and ... you get the point. Oh, and the variety of keys is pretty good, too. Recommended
