I usually shop for home improvement stuff at the competition, since I live close to one. But when they don’t have what I want, or it’s too expensive, I’ll choose this Lowe’s. & honestly if gas was cheaper I’d shop here more often. Their prices r actually a bit cheaper than the other home improvement store. & their selection is better as well. I’ve never had any bad experience here. Employees r always helpful & cool. Parking is ok. It’s just the driving 30 minutes to get here. Yeah I could shop online but sometimes I cant wait for things & don’t wanna pay for shipping. I usually order for pick up, so I can just go right to the front & get my stuff. It’s way easier, plus the customer service at the pick up desk is great.

When the installer quoted me $219 I did complain to no avail but it is an OVERCHARGE none the less from the quoted installation cost. Even more disturbing was the ADDITIONAL $190 that was added to the installation cost for 'custom labor'. Double dipping?? This was a straightforward install of a standard size security screen door in a standard size opening with maybe 10 minutes to install a small extension at the bottom of the door.NOTHING justifying an additional $190. No response from Lowes Customer Care.......
