I went into the store on 4/15 in the morning. I was there for thirty minutes. I saw at least a dozen employees and not a single one acknowledged me. They didn't even look at me. There were groups of employees standing around talking to each other but didn't look at me or acknowledge that I was standing there at all. Many employees were wandering around the store or wandering and talking to each other. I witnessed am employee be paged over the intercom to assist someone four times. I was in the area the page was calling him to. The associate that came up walking down the aisle very slowly and when he was told the customer had been waiting awhile, he shrugged. Only two employees spoke to me my entire trip. One lovely blonde woman at the front desk asked if I needed help as I walked by and the cashier at self check out told me to have a good day. Don't bother being a woman and shopping at this door. They will assume you know nothing and won't spend money. Nobody will acknowledge you unless it's another woman acknowledging you from the register. Not surprised that this store and company is sexist. I saw multiple male customers being helped by male associates and the same associates ignored me when I was there and they weren't helping someone. I work customer service. If I was a store manager at this store, I would be embarrassed by my associates customer service skill and question the training they received. Unless I was the store manager intentionally hiring many employees right out of highschool to pay minimum wage. Of course they don't care and have no training but at least Lowe's saves money right? Anyway this is exactly why online retailers are winning and stores like Lowe's start to close. I would much rather order my items online then stand around feeling like an idiot waiting for someone to acknowledge I exist, much less help me. Terrible customer service and management skills, Lowes south chino hills. 0/10 stop putting your profit before your customers. We are in 2026. Your obvious sexism in the store is embarrassing.

This store is always clean, well organized and adequately staffed. I never wait to checkout and everyone is friendly and helpful in finding what I need. I much prefer this store to the adjacent Home Depot.

I’m extremely frustrated by the way carts are being left directly in front of product. This is not acceptable. Customers should not have to maneuver around multiple carts or physically move them just to access items that are for sale. It creates unnecessary congestion, looks completely unprofessional, and gives the impression that no one is paying attention to the sales floor. If this continues, I can only imagine how many customers are walking away annoyed. This needs to be addressed immediately.
