- MEm eMay 25, 20251.0DONOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE; very rude; When I called them for help, they told me on the phone they will come to open our house door in 50min, after an hour they said the technician will be there in 20min, after two 1.5hr when I called them they just picked up the phone and drop the call! Unbelievable, right? And after that they just stop to even pick up!!!! They charge higher price after dark, and maybe they intentionally wanted to delay so they can charge more. Either way, I found them very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional! If I could I would give them zero star, or even negative stars; because they try to take advantage of you when are in need and are locked out of your home!
