He let us take our time in deciding if we wanted any extra features, we never felt any pressure AND he let me play with the couch blocks while my husband mulled over wanting a recliner or not! (And very conveniently informed me that they also sold the blocks :D) We are so excited for our new couch and we can't thank Tavares enough! He was amazing!!
