They reassured us it was. Delivery came with a fraction of what we ordered! Called many times finally got through to someone that said it got rescheduled until Saturday. Not acceptable. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have ordered it. Paid $79.00 to have a small fraction of the order delivered. What’s worse is we can’t even talk to anyone because not only do they not answer the phone and if they do you get passed around. DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY! They will blow it. Use anyone else seriously. THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE XMAS1!! Oh and that 800 number they give you to resolve it is a call center. They REALLY don’t know what is going on.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
