So we ordered approx. 30 items for delivery for a last minute gift. Seemed everything was fine. Called early am to ensure it was going to be delivered today. They reassured us it was. Delivery came with a fraction of what we ordered! Called many times finally got through to someone that said it got rescheduled until Saturday. Not acceptable. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have ordered it. Paid $79.00 to have a small fraction of the order delivered. What’s worse is we can’t even talk to anyone because not only do they not answer the phone and if they do you get passed around. DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY! They will blow it. Use anyone else seriously. THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE XMAS1!! Oh and that 800 number they give you to resolve it is a call center. They REALLY don’t know what is going on.
