  I can’t believe how cheap the truck is here. I rented one elsewhere and paid way too much. James is really professional and nice.

  Needed somewhere to store patio furniture while we redid the backyard. Easy signup online, the 10x10 unit was clean and the facility felt very safe. Plus the price beat everywhere else I looked so it was a no-brainer for a short term rental. Highly recommend Storage Etc in Chatsworth!

  I rented a climate controlled unit here for about 5 years. It was an excellent place to keep a climate controlled unit as I had items such as my backup violin and computers that needed to stay in good condition. When it was time to move out, I simply gave a few days notice and spoke to the manager (Alexander Smith) and it was a seamless experience. Never had a single problem at this place, although I wish they did open past 9PM!

  I don't usually write reviews but sometimes a place is really worth it. One of those places is Storage Etc in Chatsworth (Lassen St). The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and their customer service is second to none. I feel very safe and secure there and James and Alex are fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 5 star service across the board - highly recommended.
