  I rented a climate controlled unit here for about 5 years. It was an excellent place to keep a climate controlled unit as I had items such as my backup violin and computers that needed to stay in good condition. When it was time to move out, I simply gave a few days notice and spoke to the manager (Alexander Smith) and it was a seamless experience. Never had a single problem at this place, although I wish they did open past 9PM!

  I don't usually write reviews but sometimes a place is really worth it. One of those places is Storage Etc in Chatsworth (Lassen St). The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and their customer service is second to none. I feel very safe and secure there and James and Alex are fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 5 star service across the board - highly recommended.

  I stopped in Storage Etc. Chatsworth, and from the moment I did, I received outstanding customer service from Alex. He was friendly and informative. It is a terrific location for storage, safe and reliable. I also received follow up from James, who again was helpful and accommodating. If one needs to have a place to store with professionalism and courtesy, this is the place to go!
