I purchased an Ortho Mattress less than 8 months ago. At the store, we were encouraged by purchasing pillows with the mattress bringing the total close to $3,800. We were reassured multiple times that this mattress came with a 25-year warranty, and were explicitly told that if we ever experienced back pain, we should not worry because the mattress could be replaced under warranty.
Unfortunately, the mattress has already become completely unusable. It has significantly sagged in the middle and on one side. When my husband lies on it, the mattress sinks under his weight, forcing me to roll toward him due to the slope. It is no longer level, supportive, or comfortable.
I contacted Ortho Mattress regarding the warranty and was required to pay a $65 inspection fee. After the inspection, my claim was denied because the body impression allegedly did not meet the required 3/4-inch depth. The claim was also denied because I did not purchase their $250 bunkie board — despite the fact that I am using a very strong, high-quality, and proper base under the mattress.
For a mattress of this price and age, this level of sagging is unacceptable and clearly indicates a durability or manufacturing issue. The way the warranty was explained at the time of purchase does not match how it is being enforced now. While the brand attempts to market itself as an orthopedic-quality mattress at a slightly lower price, the actual quality and warranty support do not live up to those claims.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially given the promises made during the sale.

Scammers!!!
We purchased a mattress from Ortho Mattress only 7 months ago, and it already has severe sagging that is causing serious back pain.
They sent someone to inspect it and charged us $65 for the inspection. Their own inspection tool showed that the mattress failed due to severe sagging — yet we are still dealing with this issue.
It’s very disappointing to pay thousands for a mattress that doesn’t even last a year. A mattress should not fail this quickly, especially when properly used. Charging customers for an inspection and then confirming the defect makes this experience even more frustrating, they refused to return it or exanged after they gave us 25 years warranty.
When we purchased they were sure about there product amd they said they will return in case it sagg.
We expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from here based on our experience.

Really loved being able to visit a physical store and actually try out different mattresses instead of buying online. Dhaval was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about coil spring technology. He made us feel welcome, confident, and secure in our choice. Highly recommend!
