Right when you walk in you are greeted by a wall that gives you a basic understanding of the options available at Lovesac. Basically a silent sales person. Well written, very simple breakdown that anyone can understand. There was one employee in the store engaged with a guest picking out fabrics. She did a wonderful job of breaking away from that guest at an appropriate time to come over and welcome me. She shared some info about the sofa I was sitting on and told me one of its really cool features. Then she returned to the guest she was selling to. Often times when you walk into a store and there is no employee available you get ignored. I completely understand she was in the middle of making a sale, however I felt very welcomed! It's that type of service, even when not selling me anything, that makes me want to return and give this store/company my business. Thanks! Side note, I was blown away by the comfort and build quality of the product.

We were immediately greeted by one of the most courteous and helpful sales people I've ever met. Caleb spent an extended length of time with us explaining how the Love Sac components work together. He even let us test out the built in speaker cushions. As a result of this encounter, we have decided to purchase a LoveSac couch for our home. Caleb went above and beyond to answer any and every question we had.

I spoke with Jordan and although he was knowledgeable, he was very pushy and seemed to shift tone after I said I wasn't interested in getting a quote. I feel he went too fast and didn't really allow myself and my wife to discuss anything. I'm disappointed with my experience there and I feel I got the same feeling from the people he helped before us. Hopefully I have a better experience at a different location another time.
