  Hello. I recently had a delivery from Glen and. Hailee. They were nice, polite, efficient, and timely. They even asked if they needed to takeoff their shoes. It was a nice and easy delivery. I love my new chair.

  We were greeted by Antonio, He's down to earth we felt like we were talking to a long time friend, we had visited a different location before but that felt like a regular customer sales person visit, and Antonio just gave us really good vibes. We just wish it wasn't going to take a long month and a half to get our sofas.

  Our salesperson Elaine was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful as we evaluated various recliners. She made it a pleasant experience.

  Sales Rep, very unhelpful. Did not try and explain the different leathers just said I had the premium one, but find out later that I got the cheep stuff and only part of the chair will be real leather. Dude was not good, and added without asking a 5yr protection plan for $500. They also run a scam and say you don’t qualify for credit so you pay in full or you have to come back after the sales date. Super lame.

  Overall, the shopping and selection process was great. My rating is based on the selling of some of the non tangible products offered during purchasing, I.e. insurance on your furniture. What I have come to find out with my last purchase from LaZBoy is that the insurance they sell has a fine print. I didn’t purchase my last item from this store location, so please make a note of that. This store appeared clean and when you walk in you are properly greeted and attended too, thank you for that. Bryan or Ryan the store manager was awesome, thank you. In my previous purchase from a different location, I was presented with the protection plan, claiming that any little thing would be covered should any accidents or issues come up with the item purchased after the manufacturer warranty expires. I recently filed a claim for my older furniture which we thought would be covered by this insurance and I just received a email denying my request. This if LaZBoy as a whole company, please do a better job at explaining the extended insurance to your customers and point out the fine print or even just information about this third company and their process because these furniture items are not cheap and tacking on an additional cost for insurance when it’s probably known it won’t be covered is not a great way to keep your customers. Or find a Better insurance company to partner with. I I recently purchased another item prior to this denial and now I know. In regards to my previous purchase, that is a loss and it was a few thousand dollars, that we will not see again based on the insurance company and their practices. Will I purchase again from your company, probably. Your products are manufactured better than others but potential buyers reading this review, think twice before purchasing insurance, it could save you some money in the long run.
