- LLLB_Lucy LuuFeb 12, 20265.0This place is very modern, very clean, the manager herself took my on a tour and discussed on how to use my code, entrance, elevator, restroom and exit. There is motion lights within the storage facility and even inside your unit. It was a 1st for me!! Not fighting with a prestoric elevator while doing a balancing act with my items was my most favorite part. Even Clean bathrooms, and convenient, modern day technology. The negative part is those who forget to pick up their unwanted debris, by accident possibly.
- JLJade LondonFeb 6, 20261.0Notified TWO HOURS AFTER they opened that someone broke into my unit. When they called me they did not have any type of compassion and was even colder upon arrival. I talked to the supervisor on duty and she notified me that they had had break-ins prior to mine. So they knew that someone was going around breaking into units and did not notify anyone who’s renting a space there that units were being broken into. They did not offer me a new lock until I asked. And then the supervisor told me, “oh well since the person broke into your unit they shouldn’t break into it again since they know you have nothing in there.” She was watching the videos and she saw the person who was breaking into people’s units as well. Overall just very unprofessional and I would recommend that you DO NOT rent a unit from them if you value your belongings. Edit: you want me to call that number to be redirected back to the storage place for what? You did not do anything when I was there in person so what are you going to do over the phone? And to add insult to injury you sent me a letter two week later letting me know that you’re going to raise my storage fee. You guys are atrocious!
