I also like the fact that they have an on-site manager and his name is Matt. If I could give 10 stars for customer service this is what he would receive! Every time I've had to call and ask probably the same dumb questions he's so used to all the time, he never had an attitude nor did he make me feel less valued as a customer. Always offering to help any time needed. The office and the facility are very clean and tidy. I think the rates are extremely reasonable.
