  We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We contacted them to help unlock our vacation home in Indio, California. First, they required us to sign a document confirming that we are the property owners and that we authorize them to perform the service. That part was understandable. However, after that, they started requesting excessive and sensitive information, including credit card details and other personal data. They provided only a vague and seemingly inflated price, without giving any clear or final estimate. We agreed to proceed and were told that a technician would be dispatched. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we called back to check the status, only to find out that no one had even been sent. Instead of resolving the situation, they asked for even more information, including utility bills for the property, which felt completely unreasonable and unnecessary. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We do not recommend this company.

  price gouging to the max. I asked to install a keyless entry system on two doors and they gave me 6k price .. !! the locks sold online for only 500 bucks.. I would not recommended this service at all .. be aware of the prices they give you.. even I called the office and they were very unprofessional on the phone. Worst service ever..

  I went in to ask about getting a key fob programmed for my car. I purchased a new fob from ford after out 2nd fob was lost. Valley Lock and safe said it would vist $85 but they wouldnt guarentee it. I asked why and they said a had programmed another customers and it worked fine but the next day it stopped working. She said maybe a problem with the car. I said no problem, as long as it works when i leave. She said yes. So came back 15 minutes later with the fob to be programmed. Waited about 45 minutes because she was busy having a problem with another customers key. 2nd automotive guy goes to help me and says same thing. No guarantee. I said as long as it works when i leave. And he says, no guarentee it will. So he expected me to pay $85 for him to try! And if it didn't work, too bad! Seriously? Pay $85 to try? Youve got to be kidding me. And he didnt give a shit. It was too bad, no apology for making me wait 45 minutes. What a joke. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
