  I went in to ask about getting a key fob programmed for my car. I purchased a new fob from ford after out 2nd fob was lost. Valley Lock and safe said it would vist $85 but they wouldnt guarentee it. I asked why and they said a had programmed another customers and it worked fine but the next day it stopped working. She said maybe a problem with the car. I said no problem, as long as it works when i leave. She said yes. So came back 15 minutes later with the fob to be programmed. Waited about 45 minutes because she was busy having a problem with another customers key. 2nd automotive guy goes to help me and says same thing. No guarantee. I said as long as it works when i leave. And he says, no guarentee it will. So he expected me to pay $85 for him to try! And if it didn't work, too bad! Seriously? Pay $85 to try? Youve got to be kidding me. And he didnt give a shit. It was too bad, no apology for making me wait 45 minutes. What a joke. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  My tall safe wasn’t opening properly so Tim came by to check it out. He immediately identified the problem and had it fixed within minutes. He was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, and I’m more than impressed with the service he provided. Definitely five stars!
