My wife called, scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Scheduled appointment day comes and we get a call from Topes, saying their guy was behind and could he drive by, do a visual inspection and call us back with an estimate. Sure thing we said. Would you believe we never got a call back? That's exactly what happened. So if you're looking for promises that don't get fulfilled Topes is your choice.
