  OMG Eric Rocked my world, what service! He went over and above to help me with my bathroom remodel. Could not of done this without him. No was never in his vocabulary.   I had an outstanding experience at Pacific Sales, thanks to Ryan Weinberg. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, approachable and genuinely focused on helping, not selling.There was zero pressure, only information about current promotions and information regarding the products. He was incredibly informative and took time to walk met through options that made sense. In fact, he gently guided me in a different direction than I originally planned , and I'm so glad he did. I was overwhelmed with the thought of replacing all kitchen appliances during a kitchen remodel but his advice was thoughtful and clearly based on experience, which made it easier to trust his recommendations. When I needed to make an exchange because of unexpected plumbing issues, Ryan was prompt, courteous, and handled everything seamlessly. There's no doubt that when I need another appliance, I'll be reaching out to Ryan again. I highly recommend!

  It was a great experience with Jonathan, Aurora and Carol to process my Best buy points and apply them to a new order. Mombazy on the customer service was also helpful in making sure that I get my points to apply and make my purchase. Great staff and support. Highly recommend working with them

  Wow! The customer service is amazing at this place. From the second you walk in, they are taking care of you. Nick Cesare was incredibly helpful and honest. They aren't pushy either or trying to upsell you. Quite the opposite. Whoever is managing this operation, they are to be commended.

  Excellent customer service from Experience Manager Kenyata. He spent alot of time helping me pick out washer/dryer combo. Then helped me find double walloven unit that fit my existing space. Great prices w pres day sale. Customer Service Rep Saint was equally as impressive processing all my financing paperwork and cr card application. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Quick deliv scheduled as well. Highly recommend.
