Recently, I went there to pick out our appliance and fixtures for our remodel. Nick and Erivaldo, were excellent. They were very nice and patient with answering my questions. The were very knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most is that they answered questions in a manner that had my best interest in mind. They considered issues that I would not have thought of and clarified with me before making a decision. Great customer service.

We were warmly greeted immediately by Kenyata who directed us to Nick, the appliance expert. Nick spent time with us explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the different brands. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. We then met with Aurora who patiently processed the order and kept us informed along the way. We felt like we were totally taken care of during the process. It’s a pleasure to go to this store. We would definitely return in the future for any kitchen or bath needs.
