  I am very pleased with the professional way that my jacuzzi was delivered and placed in the designated area of my yard. Jose Vallejo and his crew operated in a professional manner and made it possible for my family and me to enjoy our free time in the jacuzzi. Thank you Jose.

  We purchased our hot tub from Jacuzzi a little over a year ago and have been impressed with both the Jacuzzi brand hot tub as well as the service that Aqua Paradise has provided in after purchase care and routine maintenance. I highly recommend both the Jacuzzi brand and Aqua Paradise

  Maya at Aqua Paradise Carlsbad is the kind of salesperson you hope you get but rarely do. Most salespeople disappear after the purchase, but she’s the exact opposite. She knows her hot tubs inside and out, helped me pick the perfect model, and made the whole process easy. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Long after the sale, she still checks in, helps me with supplies, and answers any questions I have. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. She’s a true asset to the company, and I couldn’t be happier with my spa or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Maya if you’re shopping for a hot tub.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Maya at Aqua Paradise. She is so knowledgeable, patient and really goes above and beyond to make sure you understand every part of the process. She helped us compare models, explained the features in simple terms and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares!
