  Hands down best storage facility I've ever had great customer service Suzanne is amazing co-workers are great very accommodating clean environment climate control perfect access to freeways close to the beach with a elevator to get your stuff upstairs highly recommend would continue my business here places great definitely will refer to friends and family or even just anybody looking for a storage facility thank you for being so great to me throughout the years

  Wow! This storage unit really does the trick. Access to the freeways clean great customer service. Suzanne is amazing. Very accommodating. Love this place. Would not feel safer with my belongings anywhere else?

  This is a very unprofessional company. The manager, Susan, has no respect for people who do not speak English well. When you publicly point out on Yelp, Google, or Facebook that the company is doing something wrong, they offer help. However, over the phone they say that because of the negative reviews you left, they will not do business with you and will not rent you a storage unit. This is extremely humiliating and disrespectful treatment of a customer.

  Suzann is very rude, shows no respect for customers, and treats people like objects. She thinks she can ruin someone’s day without facing any consequences I called this number, and you told me that because I gave you bad reviews, you cannot do business with me and I am not allowed to rent a storage unit from you. I strongly do not recommend this company. I am also informing you that this matter will be referred to my lawyers.

  Yesterday, I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage—Unit B220—and the next day, I rented a U-Haul and took a day off work to move. When I was on the road to the storage—5 minutes before arriving—I got a call from a person named Susan, who told me they were painting the gate and that I couldn’t enter. So I couldn’t access the unit, and I would only be able to do so tomorrow. She suggested I leave the vehicle with all my belongings in the middle of the street, where there are no cameras. I said I can’t do that and asked how we could resolve this, as I was already on my way and no one told me I wouldn’t be able to move in. She said there’s nothing she can do; I can choose another location. So I left that vehicle in the middle of the street. That evening, when I told my job I would also have to take a half-day off the next day, she called me and told me she can’t rent me the unit because she spoke to her manager, and I said I’m dissatisfied and want to take this to attorneys. She told me that because I said that, she’s deleting my account, and I will not be able to rent from them again. I asked why, tried to explain that I don’t fully understand English as I’m just learning. She then told me I definitely understand everything very well and was very rude. Ultimately, she deleted my account. When I told her that this is disrespectful to me, she said that now I’ve really crossed the line and that I’ll never be able to rent from them again. Her name is Susan; she’s a very rude person, they treat their customers terribly, and right now, I don’t know what to do. I took a day and a half off work, rented a vehicle, my belongings are on the street, and my reservation was canceled. I also don’t know when they will refund me for that reservation. I do not recommend them—worst place and worst manager ever. I called this number, and you told me that because I gave you bad reviews, you cannot do business with me and I am not allowed to rent a storage unit from you. I strongly do not recommend this company. I am also informing you that this matter will be referred to my lawyers.
