But Richard is what made the experience exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Richard was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely helpful. He took his time explaining the differences between models, firmness levels, and pricing options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He was very honest about what made sense for my parents and what didn’t, which I truly appreciated.
