  The staff seemed nice... but the product ABSOLUTELY SUCKS now!!! They have changed their proprietary materials for their products... and definitely NOT FOR THE BETTER!!! Their pillows WERE very high priced before... but well worth the expense for the comfort level and support they provided. When it came time for me to replace my old Tempurpedic pillow... I was excited to spend a small fortune again for a new pillow... knowing what I was going to get in return. Boy was I soooo wrong!!! The old style pillow used to be quite dense and a bit heavy... but oh so luxurious!!! Now their "new" pillows are super lightweight... but feel like a literal brick. The material feels fake and over manufactured. It was the worst pillow I've ever tried to sleep on in my life... and I'm in my 60's having gone through many pillows of many different types over my lifetime. Not just the many types I've personally bought over my life... but even pillows I've used at various locations while on vacations. And if you live in a cold environment or just like to keep your house cold at night with A/C... it becomes even stiffer!!! I spoke to the sales person who sold me the pillow and her supervisor... and they explained that I just needed to "break the pillow in" through use... and even suggested sitting and stepping on my pillow to break it in for a few weeks. I literally spent about 4 to 5 hours daily for almost 3 weeks... doing what they suggested... and feeling like an idiot... all to no avail. It still feels like a lightweight brick made from volcanic stone!!! Now I have a $200 unusable brick "pillow" that's not even capable of being a door stop... and they DO NOT OFFER RETURNS!!! Even my dog refused this pillow!!! Also... when is compressed from weight on it... it takes several seconds for it to recover it's shape... which in its own makes it a terrible pillow. Imagine laying on it and then re-adjusting your head... and having to wait 5+ seconds for it to recover it's shape for you to readjust yourself? I'M NEVER BUYING ANOTHER TEMPURPEDIC PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!!! BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!! 😭😭😭

  I originally planned to just buy my mattress online, but I’m really glad I decided to visit the Topanga Tempur-Pedic store instead. Being able to try the mattresses in person made a huge difference, and the experience was even better because of how great the staff was. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and never pushy. The store had a relaxed atmosphere and the team took the time to answer questions and explain the differences between the mattresses so I could actually make an informed decision. Richard in particular was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. It felt like he truly cared about helping me find the right mattress rather than just making a sale. I’m really happy I chose to come into the store instead of ordering online. The service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering a Tempur-Pedic, I highly recommend stopping by this location—and if you can, ask for Richard.

  Don’t buy these mattresses. Waste of money and not comfortable. Store personnel told me to walk in my mattress to break it in. Really??? I need to walk on my mattress to make it comfortable. Wound up throwing it out and the other two mattresses I bought, because I was past the “trial period” the store and corporate customer service couldn’t do anything. Ridiculous after spending that kind of money on their highest end mattress.
