The system is setup to allow easy access to the storage units at anytime of the day (except very late in the night or very early in the morning). Also, push carts and elevator access are available for storage units not located at the first floor which is appreciated.

They even called me to inform me that I had not locked my unit securely. That impressed me. Occasionally the elevator would break down, but there are others to use so my items were still accessible. I had a cherry spot right next to one of them. You pay for size and location, consider that when you choose your space.
