Tracy, in particular, is highly competent and her command of the facility shows—yet she maintains a friendly and helpful approach to the customer, a delicate balance to achieve. Leilani has been awesome as well. I have stored my furniture here for just under 15 months, have had no issues, and the place is kept very clean. While I’m happy that I am moving my furniture out today because I have finally found a home for it and it will be better for me financially, it is definitely not due to any shortcomings on behalf of the staff or the facility itself. Thank you, Extra Space team! It has been an absolute pleasure.
